Help! - Trying to eFile and receiving following error when trying to connect to the Aatrix eFile Center ""an Error occurred creating a new session: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occrured on a send"". UAC is off, Firewall is off, antivirus is disabled...what else could it be?

Any chance the account you're logged into the machine isn't an administrator?

Are you on Sage 100 Advanced and could you try running in MAS90 mode - aka PVXWIN32 and then run""startup.m4p

Changing to Administrator didn't resolve. It is 4.5 Standard.

Could their network firewall be blocking it?

Have to love W-2 and 1099 filing at the last minute.

How was the Aatrix client installed?? I always start from the autorun in WK setup, right clicking as the administrator. NEVER let Sage install it from the menu asking if you want to install it now.....

Finally resolved with their IT consultant and Aatrix - it was a combination of IE settings, firewall, timeouts, etc.
