Help! Anybody remember if it's ok to rebuild line files in WO in 4.05? I've a client that's getting duplicate postings on items in MRP and I think a rebuild of header and lines is in order. Am on their system now...any help will be appreciated!

I don't see why it wouldn't be.

I think you will be OK. You may want to analyze and relink the line files while you are at it.

I went ahead last night and gave it a try after making a back-up. However, it didn't seem to make a difference. Still researching...thanks for the help.

Perhaps moving them to a modern version of MAS might be helpful, though I wonder how much can be different in WO and MRP since v4.05.......................

I know Jeff...we are heading there at some point. However, the problem appears to be in the demand column of MRP. It appears to be doubling the quantities, but only on certain items. However, the Projected On-hand calculations are correct. Really weird.
