We recently upgraded to Sage CRM 7.1.d.1 and since then it seems that we need to restart our Escalation Service just about daily. We rely heavily on this service to send out notifications.
When I log into the server and review the services, it reads 'started'. However, once I stop it and restart it the escalations catch up and fire as designed for about a day, maybe two if we're lucky.
Curious is anyone else is having this issue. Or maybe there is a way to auto-restart a service nightly.
Any insight would be helpful.
