    Hello, We recently upgraded to Sage CRM 7.1.d.1 and since then it seems that we need to restart our Escalation Service just about daily. We rely heavily on this service to send out notifications. When I log into the server and review the services, it reads 'started'. However, once I stop it and restart it the escalations catch up and fire as designed for about a day, maybe two if we're lucky. Curious is anyone else is having this issue. Or maybe there is a way to auto-restart a service nightly. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks,

    You could write a script and have it restart the service every night with Task Scheduler but that won't really fix the problem.

    That's what I was thinking too. My hunch is it's a bug. Seems like 7.1 early release has several issues. Thanks,

    For anyone who needs to do this the BAT file would look something like: NET STOP ServiceName NET START ServiceName I also have a VB Script somewhere doing the same thing I could dig out if anyone wanted it.

    @JohnWilder - Not sure if you talked to Jon in my office. I sent this to the team and a few folks suggested it's a bug (as you suspected).
