Hello out there...anyone have their ears on on a Sunday evening? I am trying to figure out why a client appears to have CO mods. However, that's not the big question...how do I delete what appear to be CO mods, but may not be? Customizer shows that there are modified panels, but no one can figure out what's been modified. I want to delete them as they are impacting a true modified (new) panel. The new panel is blank and we've rebuilt grids etc.to no avail. I haven't actually deleted customizations in the past and am having a hard time figuring it out.

If you go to the custom office menu you can print out the CO Modifications by going to the Customizer selection click the printer button (Bottom Right). You can then open the modified entities delete them by clicking on the red ""X"" on the right..

BTW, you will need to delete the top level. It will tell you if you don't select the right one. Just follow the instructions.on the warning.

JW - thanks for the response, but I am not getting a red ""X"" anywhere. Previewed the list of mods. Went into the customized forms (bottom of screen) no ""x""s; searched through the individual screens, no c'x. Have been at this for hours...what the heck am I missing??

You need to click into the entity for example customer maintenance. and the red ""X"" will be on the right side. What mod's does the report says are done? BTW, what version of MAS

Yep...that's what I was doing - Sales Order Entyr for example - click on it and no x""x appear and I KNOW I added a panel to the SO DE Main tab for all users. Company on EES 1.3 w/JO

Oh, and the CO report was 328 pages long.

Is it possible that I can't get to the data through a TS session?

Nope, nothing in the lower section highlights at all for any of the modified panels.

Also this button refreshes the customized items to the bottom

So ok, got that button, clicked it... and still not a single thing actually appears to be modified to delete. INCLUDING the new panels I created.

The bottom button appear, but the red X does not highlight on any selection.

Go to www.thomasassociatesconsulting.com and click the little stick figure under the logo, will take you to the GTA screen, I suspect you know the rest, but type name, company, choose agent1 and click the big yellow button...

Deb, you also might want to run the utility in custom office. ""Upgrade Custom panels to current levels"" This resolves some issues too

Any down side to doing the upgrade utility?

It just merges the new code into all the custom screens. It is a required step of the upgrade.
