Hello - Here is an updated schedule and my first run at placing the sponsor sessions. I left the silver, gold, platinum descriptions in there so we would know who should have what but those will be removed later on. I have a few notes. 1) Should we consider switching lines 16 and 17? This would be putting the Payroll 2.0 session right after lunch which I thought might be a good idea so that people don't delay coming back from lunch. If we leave the silver session there I'm concerned that the whole 15 minutes would be spent waiting for people to come back. 2) with the addition of another Platinum sponsor which required another hour block, I had to merge 4 gold sessions (two from each track). This leaves one gold sponsor without a time. Did we promise Sage 1.5 hours for the town hall? If not I will make that 1 hour and get the other gold session but I wasn't sure what we had promised Sage.

1. Yes, move Payroll and Dashing up to right after lunch. 2. Yes, we did promised Sage 1.5 hours, I wouldn't change that, the members I'm told really like that time with Sage and it's a draw for the event. Also we are asking them for Diamond sponsorship. 3. We could loose the CFO Wants CPO session and that would free up an hour and we could use half of it for SWK Gold sponsor session. 4. I suggest we switch ScanForce and Acumatica. I'd like Acumatica to have their time without being on a Sage dominated day.
