Hello brilliant 90-minders! I'm in desperate need of help here! When posting a Transaction adjustment the system posts to the IM module perfectly, but the DTR is not posting anything to the GL, it's just all zero's. It shows the accounts that SHOULD be hit, but no $$'s. Client is running 100 v2015 PU3 w/Job Ops and a DSD enhancement for customer pricing. They're posting to their inventory by warehouse & everything looks like it's set up right to me, matches my test system that posts properly. Turned on escape trapping & same results. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!! TIA!

Are there zero standard cost items/FIFO tiers/lots?

In my experience the same account is being hit for both the debit and the credit. Sorry is that is too basic but that wa my first thought

One other thought would be the inventory adjustment GL account in the product line, if it's the same as the inventory GL account you can get a 0 posting.

Try running the DTR from user with all rights. Maybe ODBC security is hiding values?

I'm with @BernieLehman. I'd look at product line accounts and warehouse accounts. Sounds like one of them is set up at cross purposes to the other.

Having reread the question, I don't think ODBC is the cause, as amounts would be blank, not zeros, if user didn't have rights. Product Line Maint. is probably the culprit. Perhaps someone put the inventory account into Inventory Adjustment line?

Thank you all so much! @BernieLehman it was indeed the adjustment GL Account, it was set to the same GL Account that inventory was set to, so nothing to post. I'm (obviously) not great in the IM module. :(
