Jeff, I think your time definition is confusing everybody who is NOT on AZ time. The rest of us are on *Daylight* time. I think what you mean is your 45-minute presentation will start at 9AM Pacific Time which is noon Eastern Time. Please confirm. I don't want people to accidentally miss your intro!

Hello Jerry- Thank you for the note and I apologize for any confusion/miscommunication. You are correct, the event is scheduled for 9:00 AM PST / 12:00 PM EST. By opening the invitation and adding the event to your calendar, the WebEx should adjust for the time zones. On that note, I will record the event and share the replay for those that are unable to attend. Thanks again and if anyone has any questions, please contact me directly.

Jeff, not to be argumentative, but it is 9am PDT - Daylight time. you guys are on Standard all year, and in the summer that happens to coincide with Pacific time. Then in the winter, you are 1 hour ahead. FWIW, I encounter very few Arizonans who can tell somebody in Chicago what time their meeting is ... So, everybody, 9:00 PDT / 12:00 EDT. Also, Google calendar translates it to the correct local times, but you don't see that until after you've signed up.

Jerry- Thank you and you are absolutely correct( again) ...I'm told us Arizona folks are stubborn and don't wish to be bothered by changing the clocks a couple times per year. Thanks again and this is to confirm, the event is tomorrow, Wednesday at 9: 00 AM PDT /12:00 PM EDT.

Thanks @JerryNorman appreciate you're insight on this. @JeffGregorec accepting your WebEx invite did not self correct to the local time zone, in my case PDT; it came through as 8:00 am. I suggest you email the registrants, not ever member reads this thread.

Moira- thank you and this is very odd/unusual to say the least. We conduct dozens of WebEx meetings per week and at least 2 ( sometimes more) webcasts to larger audiences per month and this is the first time we've had mention of this. We just confirmed our settings/times zones in the Webex etc and they are correct BUT I will take your advice and be sure to message the broader audience with an e-mail. Thanks again...
