Hello 90 Minds! CIMcloud is again turning to you for advice . . . As a reseller, what would you like us to cover in a webinar? If you had 30 minutes with an expert, what would you want her/him to cover? Or maybe there are questions/topics about e-commerce in general that your customers often ask? We aim to deliver what you want to hear!

I like things that make me look smarter to the customer. I don't need to know the details of HOW it happens but at a minimum I like to know about what something costs (starts at) and what the capabilities are. - Customer portals - Examples of what the actual sites can look like I think 30 minutes is about the right amount of time as well - super techie stuff can be taken offline

How has the integration of CRM changed customer's experiences?

Thank you @WayneSchulz and @MoiraGoggin! And that is a great point about actual sites - we do pull them up when speaking with prospects but shouldn't limit ourselves to that.
