Heads up!!!! Second client call tonight!!!! Both are using an older version of Sage (v4.4 or v4.5). Both are trying to run IM period end close. Both have 2/29/16 period close dates. Both are trying to run the Sales Analysis report in the period end report selection. Both are receiving an error 35 IM_salesanalysis_rpt..pvc line 217 error message. The report in question runs fun from the report menu (standard report, no filters), Nothing on the KB. Thoughts? TIA

Is the leap year the issue? What happens if they run with the date 2/28/16?

If you don't print the sales analysis report, the period close proceeds without issue.

What's the period end date for 2/2016 in GL fiscal year maintenance?

Just had a client email that a custom report using a parameter date of 2/29/16 was failing. Could this be an issue with Crystal Reports?

My 2015 client tried Period End again today and it worked, even though her period end date would still be 2/29.

were are having the same issue in Denver - client is trying to run a crystal report and it won't accept the Feb 29th date.
