Heads up on SAGE 100 V2018.PU4... Starship isn't ready yet . Hot off the press from V-technologies Are you planning an upgrade to Sage 100cloud 2018 Product Update 4? We are in the process of performing compatibility tests with StarShip for Sage 100cloud 2018 PU4. Please delay upgrading to Sage 100cloud 2018.4 as this interface is currently NOT supported. The 2018.4 release includes an enhancement to support multiple orders against a shipment resulting in extensive changes to Shipping Data Entry. We are actively reviewing the changes and options for supporting this enhancement and expect to provide an updated roadmap soon. We will contact you as soon as we have more information.

I'm guessing StarShip won't be the only one affected by this.

Correct. And I'm only surprised that the announcement didn't come out earlier.

I just got an email from a client that is on Sage 100 (not cloud), and they are excited that they are able to convert to PU4 without any issue since this specifically calls out Sage100cloud and they have the on premise version... I had to give them the bad news that I am pretty sure they meant all versions of 100 2018.

I think 2018 PU2 was supported.

by all versions of 100 2018 I meant both 100 and 100 cloud

Also, Sage 100cloud Manufacturing is not compatible past Sage 100cloud PU2 and there are no plans to make it so The next announced release will be when 2019 is released. Way to strand paying customers.

Has PU4 been released yet? I just did a 2018 update today and it updated to PU3.
