Heads up: If your client had additional FRx users licenses they were automatically given additional Sage Intelligence Report Manager licenses. I figured out recently that these clients are paying maintenance on those additional Sage Intelligence Report Manager licenses (as they were with FRx). It showed up on the Sage Portal in the customers product listing as ""INTELLIGENCE REPORT MGR 4 users"". Everyone gets 1 user free but they were paying for the additional 3 with no intention of every using SI (or at least not 4 users).
The client signed a user downgrade form and we had the 3 additional Report Manager users removed from their renewal.
