    Heads up - got my first ""having problem with Exchange 2.0 installation"". I think the issue had to do with whether the local user needed admin rights. Will update if I hear anything add'l.

    Customer: Understood, here's where I went wrong. Trying uninstall the original version of Sage Payments/Exchange, I mistakenly uninstalled the SPS Application Deployment program. Should I re-run workstation setup to get this program back?

    Just got done with my first problem call with the exchange update. Their problem was Webroot. After installing a Webroot update to v9.0.18.44 we then could get the SE update to complete.

    The SDK was the old SE client.
