Having trouble getting into the Atlas but that's a different issue. I tried to execute the Customizer Import Wizard on a client workstation and got the following message: TuuPkg.dll required by the Customizer Import Wizard cannot be accessed. Anybody run into this before and if so, how did you resolve it? Thanks.

i've not seen that one. But If you haven't already reinstalled the workstation client, i'd start there.

You need to install the file in the C:\Program Files (x86)\common files\sage\common components then run the RegCom.bat. Here it is for you.

Btw @ShawnSlavin there is a knowledgebase article about how to prevent needing to manually run the RegCom.bat. just search for tuupkg.dll that is once you can get back in there of course.

See the old attached Sage resolution. You may need to copy the file from the server to the workstation and then run reg.com. The TuuPkg.dll should be located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Common Components on the workstation
