Having been hauled into court to testify as a witn

Having been hauled into court to testify as a witness I'm not terribly interested in extracting anyone's data based upon their say-so that they own it. I'm using this for an inquiry from the web. I modified it from a document that Moira shared previously. Indemnification and Agreement For Data Extraction [company] hereby states that they are the rightful owner of all Sage MAS 200 (now Sage 100 ERP) data provided and that [contact] acting on behalf of [company] has authority to enter into such agreement and request data extraction including any needed password resets. For the purpose of this project Schulz Consulting, LLC its employees and subcontractors are performing the work scope provided by [company] and representative(s). In the event of any action taken against Schulz Consulting, LLC., [company] agrees to defend and indemnify Schulz Consulting, LLC. Should legal action of any type arise Schulz Consulting LLC will require a daily fee of $5,000 / day plus travel. You release Schulz Consulting, LLC . its employees and/or agents from all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and condition of the data represented.

I'd replace the word ""You"" in last sentence with the company name. Otherwise, this may be construed as a release by the employee instead of the business.
