Having an issue sending outbound email from CRM. I can email to internal email addresses within the company without a problem from any user in CRM. When I try to send emails to external email addresses, it fails except for sending them as the Admin user in CRM (which is linked to the orders@ account in CRM options). When I try to send an email to an external email address from any other user other than the admin it fails with the attached error. I have also attached my SMTP settings. Is this a routing issue on the Exchange server side? I thought CRM passes emails to Exchange and then Exchange decides to relay them to external contacts.
Any assistance would be helpful...it is an urgent issue.
