Sage 100

Having an issue in Sage 100 Standard 2014 PU4 with Sage CRM integrated (always have to laugh at that..... integrated my @ss). Have quite a few sales orders where the sales order history file does not match the active sales order. The sales orders have all been maintained at some point and it's easy to spot the difference (deleted lines not showing as deleted in history, lines added to SO not appearing in history at all) but there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason other than the maintenance. Any ideas on what might be causing this and also how the heck to fix the orders that are out of sync?

I have a client on 2013 Adv with CRM and same thing. Also have another same version no CRM with occasional crap, too. I think SO HIST is very shaky.

What are you complaining about - it's not like wholesale distribution is Sage 100 strong point ...... the development team obviously has to focus on their strengths.

That's what i was afraid of @BethBowers. The docs in the KB on sales order history related to out of balance conditions between the SO and History files all say ""No Workaround"" like Sage thinks we should just be grateful that most of the records are correct. What a PITA......

Oh YEAH. I have to fix orders at least once a month and that's just the ones they are eagle-eyeing.

I have a client on the same version and today we discovered there are active orders not appearing in history. Awkward!
