    Having a Sync issue with MAS to CRM. The Opportunity is appearing on the Sales Order in MAS, but the details of the order are incorrect in CRM. You can click View/Edit in CRM and it will bring you to the correct order in MAS with the correct details. Tables within CRM are incorrect and show additional items, no items, etc... but the header is correct for the total order amount. Has anyone seen this before, or know of a fix? Rebuilding the mirror tables will not correct the issue (I don't believe) since it is my understanding that will pull details from CRM into MAS and the CRM table is what is incorrect. It's not happening on all of the Orders, Quotes, etc... just a handful. MAS 90 v4.4 SP 7 - CRM 7.0.d.2

    Kevin - a customer with Gold plan had a similar issue, except they reported the quotes being ""missing"" in CRM. Here are the notes from their call with Steffen (be sure to back up everything before doing anything): ""Talked to client, live connected and confirmed issue, found duplicate key error in tblMAS90IDS, cleared table, bad address was caused by this duplicate record message. corercted address, now shows correctly in CRM and MAS. advised that it is still necessary to rebuild CRM due to existing N-Records. sugegsted rebuilding CRM. advised to make a backup prior to rebuilding. advised that the SOs may not come back retroactively and a dummy comment line may have to be entered and later removed. "" I would suggest you check the tblMAS90ids in CRM for dups, and also try entering a comment in MAS on the orders which have the problem and see if that syncs them back up with CRM. Also check CU_OrderQuoteTracking file in Data File Display and Maintenance - look for records with no key and one with a key that starts with ""N"".
