Having a problem where one user's settings for the Open Sales Order report are not being saved. What file contains the settings by user and report? SY_ReportSettings does not have user level choices. Neither does SY_ReportSelection or SY_ReportOption. MAS 200 4.40.05

Are you using the STANDARD setting? If so that doesn't always save settings ... create a new Report Setting.

This is NOT the Standard setting. It is behaving properly for two other users on the same system.

The SY_ReportSetting file is where the user's settings are saved. If by chance there are any records in there for that user and report you could try deleting and then seeing if they can rerun and have their settings saved.

    Try Sy_LastFormUsed

    It's loaded first before sy_reportsetting

SY_LastFormUsed only has forms, not reports, and SY_ReportSetting does not have a user field.

Could this be something odd like the last printer used by someone printing from that report setting is a printer not on that users local machine?

Sy_ReportSettings has the userKey, including a sort by UserKey ex: 0000000007 - not the UserCode. To see a X-ref of UserCode to UserKey to see the affected user - use DFSM on SY_User.
