    Have you set up a customer to use ACH as opposed to a credit card as their payment source? My customer would like to use ACH to save on processing fees. Are there any hidden fees or other surprises that you know of when using ACH vs Credit Card for everyday processing?

    Possible to manage pre-authorization when the payment type is ACH?

    I believe Paya also changes a fee for ACH. It is worth checking before they make the change.
