    Have you run into any recent instances (last 3 months) where Sage have actively assisted one of your customers with an upgrade in a way which seems to go beyond typical support questions? I know at one point Sage was touting upgrade planning as a benefit of their support plan (maybe Gold?) but it does not seem as if they are stressing that I'm curious whether it's still an option that some end users have taken advantage of?

    One of our customers purchased Windows 7 and called us to install Workstation Setup. By the time we called back, their IT guy called Sage. Sage upgraded them from 4.5 to Sage100 2013. It is a small client and they only use core. Sage did the entire upgrade, installing the software on the server, and 4 workstations. I am waiting for something to not be right and we get to warranty the work. (Which we will not). So I would say they are doing even more than upgrade planning. They are actually doing the upgrade.

    Great for client, but as a reseller/ CC, I have a problem with this.
