A good company, and good products. As with any product, functionality is along a spectrum. With CTI, a customer needs to understand that any ""native"" CTI functionality advertised is not much more than dialing out from a computer. The functionality in IntelliCTI is much more.
However, to get that functionality, the phone system/service must use the TAPI/TSAPI protocols. This will limit the phone vendors you use. That said, our VOIP vendor is TSAPI compliant, and it is pretty reasonably priced.
