Sage 100

Have you heard of a product called eBridge? My customer discovered this company and has performed some preliminary research. My customer is exploring out sourcing their drop ship fulfillment. eBridge would connect Sage 100 to a company called ShipStation, which would connect to the fulfillment center. Are there other alternatives?

I have a client using eBridge for ecommerce, but not for what your client would be using it for. My only comment is that upgrades are a little expensive. Other than that, has worked well for my client.

We have a customer using their website integration. Seems to work fine. However, we are pretty much hands off, as the customer went that way without engaging us.

eBridge and to a certain extent IN-SYNCH are solutions where there is a basic ""package"" but it almost always has to be tweaked, which can then be more than the actual basic ""package"". This starts with them doing a process review, even if I did much of that already. I find it to be frustrating. At least with Website Pipeline I know what to expect, and they do it all. I work with IN-SYNCH on a number of customers, but never could get past the uncertainty of investment with eBridge.
