Have you had any new deals for 100c where the customer orders a few licenses initially (during the setup phase) then orders the remainder 3-4 months later? Do you know how Sage handles that second set of licenses? Do they charge you less money (pro-rate) the licenses so that the later purchase renewal synch's up with the original date? I am thinking that must be what they do but I wouldn't put anything past Sage..

I don't know about new licenses, but I am seeing cases where my customers are getting different renewal dates for Sage 100 and Payroll.
