    Have you gathered any feedback on the new Sage Chat feature? I don't expect Sage to be any more responsive via chat than they are by phone however I am curious how this chat feature is received by end users.

    I'm not expecting much from the new Chat feature. I would have to assume it'll only work a portion of the time just like the KB.

    If it takes off (and I'm thinking it probably won't) I would love to have a group together that could put together a partner based chat somehow. Before I would do that I would want some evidence that users actually make use of chat. The last thing I want is an online chat that attracts lots of (a) off-plan users who (b) don't believe in paying consultants and who (c) have a quick question.
