As we do more and more work after-hours for larger customers I continue to struggle with users who are logged into RDP sessions overnight and cause "file in use" issues.

Have you found a good way to ensure people exit completely at the end of the day? The only thing that's working for me is just ending the tasks from Master Console.  I'm just wondering if there's a better way/method?

I only do this for clients that I know well enough to feel comfortable that this is safe, and it requires administrative rights on the Terminal Server.
I log into the terminal server and use Terminal server Management to see what users are logged in and if they are active or disconnected. (the same can be done by opening task manager on the terminal server and look at the "users" tab). if the user is disconnected I right-click and log them off. This will close any/all tasks they have open in Sage so if they have 15 tasks running all of them are closed at once. This also closes non-Sage tasks so I keep that in mind.
