Earlier, I was called for a StarShip issue ("Please switch StarShip to correct MAS Link Source") and didn't have any luck with the Higher Logic search or the steps listed in VTech's KB. So while waiting for VTech to grant my customer access to their support portal, I tried searching our Google Drive Content Library, found a KB article that Wayne had created (with a few more steps than VTech's) and was able to get my customer back online. It was glorious, so if you have a Google account and enjoy searching that works well, I'd heartily recommend you request access to this 90Minds-exclusive benefit today!
