Have you been asked by 3rd party ISV to split the discount they offer your customer rather than just have the percent they pay you on the deal be based on the reduced deal $? I just ran into this and while I'm not completely surprised I did ask where this type of discount sharing stops?
Does it suddenly extend to a customer who is more complex than thought? Took more time to set up out of a fixed fee setup quote from the ISV?
I haven't had this request before which is why I'm curious
