    Have spent the past 90 minutes browsing through Sage Sell (aka Sage Sucks). Cannot for the life of me locate logos for Sage HRMS and Sage Fixed Asset. Also would like a CURRENT feature sheet for Business Care (and perhaps new features sheets any Sage 100cloud module) and for that matter ANY of the new branding logos. Would appreciate any links that will lead me to the end of my quest. Is this something you have to ASK for?? @Sage100Routine

    Thanks @BrianKelly. For the amount of time required to find documents on Sage Sell, we should probably create our own. Next week: BPAC. I'll add this to my pile/file.

    @BrianKelly - I did see the link to the brand library but once again, that required a login which I didn't even want to go down that rat hole. Why can't I search on graphics/logos and find what I need. I found the brand book on line (I think it was minute 76) but I just want the logos presently though I might need the book if I ever replace my business cards purchased eight years ago. I think I have a four year supply to go. I did use your Business Care(less) pdf although I did a parallel Google search and found it on a partner's web site (NOTE, it was NOT found anywhere on Sage's).

    Be cautious with business care. I've had Sage deny benefits (I think SageU) which were clearly printed on their website and collateral for SageU. I make very few promises about what Sage will deliver and try to deliver the message about benefits and pricing as being largely at the control of Sage.

    @JohnHoyt - thank you for leading the charge with BPAC. Everything @JeffSchwenk writes is my sentiment that I have shared with previously with my PAM. All of this should be on Sage Sell for partners to use. The only business care information in print is on Sage's website. There is no downloadable document. I am also not surprised about what @WayneSchulz has written above. Most of the people I have dealt with at Sage, including my own PAM and higher ups, don't even know what programs they are offering. Last week I had to speak with five (5), yes FIVE different people about a customer's subscription increasing by 27% over last year. This was a customer who migrated from perpetual and their migration credit was ""entered incorrectly as a one-time credit and fell off their account."" Every single one of them initially argued with me about their own EULA that states the subscription prices cannot increase more than 10%. The only reason this got resolved was because I was at Sage Sessions in Atlanta and met four of these people face-to-face. @JohnHoyt - feel free to share any of this with BPAC. I spend way too much solving customer's subscription and renewal pricing issues and NOBODY is paying me for my time to do it. Also, does anyone know if our Partner Authorizations includes the unlimited access to Sage Anytime Learning like it used to? One person at Sage says it should, another says it doesn't, and I have proved that I cannot access it without paying extra. Ugh!

    @JohnHoyt Another opinion to take to BPAC: It is in everyone's best interest if Sage would help make it easy for us to sell. There are several important pieces of information that should be pushed to the channel (emailed).

    Hmmmm. Make it easy to sell. WHAT a concept!!! @JohnHoyt Please resist the urge to floor it when the deer cross in front of you, stop and stare blankly into your headlights. The damage to your car will not be worth it. Reminds me of the movie ""Groundhog Day"". We wake up every day with Sage singing ""We Got You Babe"". No matter how hard we work, every morning it is ""We got you....

    As a slight aside I will observe that managing Sage subscription / licensing issues should be either a pre-paid engagement or more likely something you only offer to users who are enrolled in your company's Access Agreement. As dealing with third-parties becomes more problematic than ever, do not give your time away and become the unpaid complaint department for anyone.

    I second Wayne's insight. With the *possible* exception of Acumatica, all vendor interfaces to customers are difficult now, and I see no reason it will improve soon. Removing this pain for customers has a real value. Charge for it. Free for customers on your annual agreement, and $200+/incident for customers not on it.

    I had to really refrain from screaming on the Partner call today: ""On Sage Sell? Oh no! We'll NEVER find it!"" On a PAC call a couple of months ago, Linda Cade told us we could look on Sage Sell for something and I told her it was impossible to find anything on Sage Sell. She did say that they would try to make it easier to find things, but obviously that hasn't happened. Sigh.
