Have Sage added a way to email a copy of problem resolutions to a customer so they can red them without logging in? I thought that was supposed to be one of the benefits of the new KB. I struggle to find something that is of benefit to this new KB.

Not sure if this will be fixed but several of the links in the document pictured do not lead to where they should. Instead there's just an error message.

I've read that was supposed to be a feature but it goes against their current strategy (tell your customers about: the KB, Sage City). Why would Sage make it easier on the partner to share anything externally when they want to get the user into their (nightmarish) tools?

I noticed that too Wayne. I could find the supported platform matrix but the link didn't open it, it just showed an error.
