Have people who registered received the PDF agenda yet? If not when are we sending it to them?

We can use the list from the weekend and BCC the entire list with the Agenda or I can push from eventbrite instead too. I say we do it tomorrow. ( that is 1 week prior)

Were we opposed to publishing the list in the general group as well? I don't think there is any harm in doing so. Let the people that aren't coming get a taste of what they are missing.

I'm good with whichever version you want to use and how you deliver it. Been a little hijacked with parental issues this past week. (Wait, not my kids issues but my Mom's.)

I just put a link in the newsletter for both the agenda and the attendee list. We should be good about distributing it and perhaps schedule a Friday or Monday email with last minute suggestions/FAQ type stuff.
