Have one workstation where suddenly the Sage PDF converter disappeared. After some stops and starts I was able to re-install but when he attempts to update anything all he gets is an Adobe Reader window with nothing in it. It returns an error message that the document is being used by another application. If you close out and go to Paperless Office the document is there but if you attempt to open it returns the same message.
