Have I overlooked something or does putting a customer on credit hold NOT stop the ability to print a pick sheet? I have a customer who called with that question and apparently they had a customer on credit hold and shipping was able to print a pick and ship. I'm guessing that the company did receive some credit limit warnings. According to the customer they were able to bypass or not receive them WRT to pick sheet.

If the sales order was entered prior to the customer's credit hold, then the order was probably not on hold.

Sage is saying that as of 2015 you can block pick sheet from printing if customer is on credit hold

I think most of these types of ""the customer is in the system and was on credit hold"" are more procedural issues than software problems. If the customer is on a hard stop - don't do anything - then why have them even in as an order committing inventory? Cut the order(s) out of the system - problem solved.

I just add a selection formula on the Pick sheet to exclude them.
