Have client on MAS200 4.3, that is reporting when authorizing a credit card through sales order entry, the process abruptly halts and exits to the menu. The sales order number exists in order entry as a blank order (no customer number and no line items) and the credit card has an authorization on it. The client has to reenter the sales order again and re-authorize a second time. This happens randomly to multiple users. Anyone seen this? And if so, were you able to correct it?
