Have an existing user of Sage Intelligence inquiring about moving their setup to Citrix. Unfortunately most of my experience is that customers set themselves up on SI and then do their own thing so I'm not as actively involved in supporting this beyond the initial registration and configuration. I did find one document referencing setup on Citrix but that also references Sage 100 4.4 / 4.5. Is there a better document describing how to move this to Citrix? Or is it as simple as uninstall/reinstall? This type of ""turn the wrench"" work is something I'd prefer to have the customer go directly to Sage with - do you know if Sage will offer to login and make the setup changes for a fee?

Why are they moving to Citrix? To get around the license issues? Unless they only have ONE citrix login, I believe they will still have license issues.

I think they may be moving their desktop to Citrix vs local and want to have SI available on Citrix

I have a client on Citrix using Sage Intelligence. For the most part I create, maintain and schedule all of their reports. If they have 1 Citrix server Sage Intelligence is installed as normal when the workstation setup is performed and then licensed s normal. On a Citrix server only 1 Report Manager license is needed, however only 1 person can access Report Manager at a time. If they have 2 Citrix servers (Load Balancing) you need to contact Sage support for assistance to make the 1 Report Manager license work on both Citrix Servers. Alec is the best Sage support person for this. I schedule all reports daily to a shared location on the Citrix server so users can access them at anytime.
