    Have an end user with Sage 100 2017.1. They are using RMA. Went through receiving. Generated transactions. Promptly deleted the generated SO. Is there a secret way to have regenerate the transaction. I had them look inside the RMA and set back any option to generate a transaction but they still say it won't regenerate.

    Can they use the Xpress Sales Order button in RMA Entry?

    I don't know if you want the customer to do this, but you can use DFDM to change the ""XpressSOCreated"" to N and clear the value in the field ""XpressSalesOrderNO$ fields 24 and 75 in my 2016 version.

    Good thought on the DFDM. Unfortunately, once they generated transactions it threw the RMA into history. I can no longer see it in RMA detail. If I try to look at the RMA it says that the RMA number already exists in the history files.
