Have a prospect that wants to run the trial online version of CRM and input their data for testing/evaluation. They asked a question about extracting the data at the end of the trial - I know that if they purchase, it will be convertable, but if they don't can you still extract CRM data from the online trail before it expires?

The short answer is yes you can get your data sent to you or export it out via various system reports. But longer answer is dependent upon this question: extract the data for what purpose?
