    Have a problem with one workstation, Sage 2014 installed Aatrix but it does not recognize it is installed. If you click on eFiling it will try to install which is the normal behavior for Sage 2014 if Aatrix is not installed but then we get an error that it can't be installed - try again, even though I've ALREADY installed eFiling from both the menu and the download from Aatrix web site. I've uninstalled/ reinstalled being sure to 'run as administrator'; I've downloaded the program from Aatrix couple of weeks ago and will try tomorrow to download a new version. The user is a local admin and their IT person & I tried it logged on as the domain admin and it still doesn't work. Other PC's in this network are working fine and have Aatrix installed ok. Of course Sage tech support says it's a workstation issue and let their IT people try and fix it. The IT people say its a Sage problem... and so it goes. Any other ideas? I'll be calling my client tomorrow morning.

    @MaryMays I'm in the air on the way to San Diego but pretty sure this has been discussed. Can't remember the solution but maybe someone will recall.

    Thanks @MichaelMcDonald I have seen that - but it isn't an update issue. Cannot get the PC to recognize that eFiling has been installed - program won't launch.

    No, UAC has been turned off. It's Win 7 64-bit workstation.

    Mary, ran into this a few weeks ago, it was on the controller pc in his office and he was part of a domain. Had to have the IT person log the controller off (they said he had admin rights on his PC) and log in as the domain administrator. Un-installed and then re-installed eFiling and then it worked, once the controller logged in as himself on the PC

    Are you on an Advanced / MAS 200 system? Is the server 32-bit? If Yes to both or even slightly unsure, then just start up MAS 90 style and attempt to run Aatrix that way. See if the installer kicks off.

    I ran into a similar issue and it wasn't resolved until logging in as domain administrator, not local admin.
