Have a custom PO form v2016.2 Premium where only 2 users are get an error about ""Page Header plus Page Footer is too large for the page, Page Header or Footer longer than page"". The form is a landscape orientation. Other users can electronically deliver the form. The error only happens Paperless e-delivery option chosen, if they preview or just print there is no error. These users have tried different printers and IT says they installed the latest drivers for the physical printer they normally use. Cant be the form as other user can use it and it prints fine without paperless. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Look at the printers for the 2 users. Do they have a label printer perhaps??

Go into the form and change the printer setting to No printer?

No, its not a label printer, its a Xerox 560 big network workhorse. The ""No Printer"" setting is already selected.

The Windows default printer is used for Paperless I believe. Be sure it is not a label printer.

It was a setting for the printer on the workstation. There are 2 paper size settings. One for document and one for the paper itself. The second setting defaults to ""same as document size"". Manually setting that to match the document size resolves the problem.
