    Have a client with experienced users that has many large sales orders each day. When they go to invoice an order several lines may be missing. If they go back to the sales orders the lines are missing there too. The missing lines are either at the beginning of the order or the end, generally not in the middle of the order. They now export the order lines to Excel so they can easily catch the errors. Needless to say that is only a work around. The problem only occurs a few times each week to different users. They are on version 2017.4. Anyone have clients with a similar problem? TIA.

    2016.5 Advanced - yes similar issue though this customer is a bit of a challenge. They also have several 3rd parties - MAPADOC, IIG, Starship, Scanforce. I don't have any reason to suspect the enhancements. We also have problems where large orders get out of balance (qty shipped <> qty invoiced or similar). They have some very larger sales orders so this is a pressure point for them since re-keying or interrupting the warehouse takes them a lot of time.

    Sounds like you have not found a solution either. My client does not have any third party products so that is not an issue for me. I have checked and checked files for corrupted data and have not found anything.

    I think the issue might be larger numbers of items on sales orders because I have other customers doing high volume and I'm not taking calls from them. The other customer is on 2017 Premium. It's possible that some customers just haven't noticed but I think at some point they'd flag an invoice as missing items.

    Like you I only have one client that has reported the issue. If I find a solution I will share. :)

    If they are using Scanforce you may want to have their support team take a look at it.

    Not sure if this is just a large order issue. A client of mine reports this infrequently as well. We should set up a Go Fund me account (90M Genius Grant) to reward the person who discovers the issue and reports it to Sage. If only they would then fix it.

    They are not using a scanning solution. We upgraded this client to Premium last week. So far, no issues with the order lines. Keeping fingers crossed.
