Have a client with a Windows 10 workstation. Trying to migrate them off of FRx but it's taking a while. FRx Viewer throws up the error ""Drilldown Viewer has stopped working"" and then she has to close it out. Definitely a time-out issue. Found some writeups on various Microsoft forums and it appears to be a conflict with OC30.dll and Windows 10. Didn't see any resolutions for it and it's been out there since early 2016, apparently. Wondering if any of you have run into this and have any suggestions?

Have you tried to uninstall/install FRx? Making sure UAC is turned off and Run as Admin?

I did not do an uninstall/reinstall, but it is a fresh install of FRx. UAC is 'on' at the moment. Waiting for IT to turn it off for Aatrix. The FRx icon is set to Run as Admin. Maybe it's the UAC...I'll be able to test when IT gets that squared away. Thanks!

If it doesn't work with turning off UAC, then uninstall/install again.

I agree with Nancy. Seems weird but with Windows 10, I got Vers. 2014 to work with turning off UAC and running the install as admin, but only after reinstalling twice. With the second time, it installed some prerequisites that didn't get installed the first time.

Update: It was the UAC! Didn't have to reinstall. Once the UAC was turned off, the time-out issue with the Drilldown Viewer was resolved. Thank you!
