Have a client whose SO crystal report will not run. Here's what they say: ""we have attempted to open on 3 different operating systems, from the oldest in our fleet to mine (one of the newest Win7 64bit), no machine has been able to get the report to complete it's generation, it goes through the selection/parameter selection then starts the process and sits in the processing mode infinitely. it never reaches the preview screen for us to try and print. I am sadly aware of the shortfalls with printing in mas with win7 64bit machine. it opens just fine on the server in about 30 sec, for any user logged into the server. this however, is not an option for continuous daily printing and review for the various players."" Any ideas? They are on 4.3 (EES 1.3)

What table are they pulling from? What are they trying to do? Has it ever worked? Does the EES 1.3 release have the 64 bit patches. It almost sounds like their table linkage is incorrect or their tables are gigantic.

Do they have subreports? I have had a report that had a subreport; it ran on the server in about 30-60 seconds but on the workstation it would not run. Once the report was broken into 2 pieces, both pieces ran fine.

Is this a form? Can other forms print? Does the default form work? What happens if you change printers? Could you have an invalid printer causing this? Have you tried loading full Crystal to workstation Rerun workstation setup You mention preview - does this imply paperless? Are you previewing? What happens if you just print no preview?
