    Have a client who is starting to talk about real-time API integration between Sage 100 (Premium) inventory and their electronic medical records system (eCW). They may be temporarily satisfied with a nightly VI push/pull but I don't think that's going to be what they want long term. Anyone have advise on custom API interfacing or experience with EMR integrations and Sage 100?

    Would something like InSynch work for this? They do real time synch between Sage and various ecommerce. I have to think they could work something here.
