Just got off the phone with sage support. Walked him through all the steps and showed him the data dumps I took from my v2015 machine and the clients. Comparing between the dumps, it is evident the v2018 is not locating the PL_Form record for the Direct Deposit Stub form. This in turn results in the dump from the ""Error During Electronic Delivery"" screen to not have the EEFROM$ and EEREPLYADDRESS$ variables. In v2015 anyway, the ""From Email Address"" was pulled from PL_Form, not SY_Company.
