Have a client using MAS 200 Version 4.40. Wants to know if there is a way to schedule the Positive Pay Export in BR so it runs automatically each day. Is there a way to do this? thanks.

I would have thought task schedule, but the positive pay doesn't appear to be one to select.

Yep, I also looked at the task scheduler and it's not there.

How would they take care of uploading it to the bank? One thing to export the data from MAS but if they have to manually upload to the bank, wha is the purpose of scheduling the export?

I agree that it wouldn't help if there wasn't also a scheduler to do the upload to the FTP site.

Back in the day before there was Positive Pay in MAS, we wrote an Access program to export the data. I suppose you could do something similar if you could figure out how to pass the user logon, PW and all of the other screen prompts..........

Actually, back in the day we also wrote an Access program for a MAS200 client to export the data. Haven't looked at it in a while and my Access guy is not here today but we'll take a look at that. thanks

We have used a Crystal Report in the past for positive pay, but that wasn't automated.

You could write a crystal report and use visual cut to automated the email.
