Sage 100

Have a client using MAS 200 4.40 SP6. They swear that sometimes when they print sales orders, the system will re-select ALL orders automatically (which can be 100s) and print them all. I reviewed not clicking the Select button, and they claim to not be doing that. Plus they have been using the system for many years without this issue. Upgraded about 2-3 months ago and this started happening. It does not happen when I test, and it is intermittent. Has anyone run into this before?

I've had customers claim similar on the pick sheets though I've always thought it was user error in their shipping department. We ultimately took away the ability to select (I think we hid the button). Problem solved.

I'm with Wayne, hide the select button away and I'll bet the problem goes away.

If you hide it. See how quickly they remember hitting it.

I have done this and so far so good.
