Have a client trying to efile 941. cannot change period and AAtrix documentation says the period field cannot be changed, it is determined by the form. The form clearly has 3rd qtr marked, but then comes up with 4th qtr. Is this a Sage issue or an AAtrix issue. It is not the period field, it is something when the form comes up when selected - cannot find any setting or place to fix it.

What is the period indicated in the PR setup table?

I had the same issue. When I changed the period in Payroll Options, the date changed on the Form. The Aatrix web site says you can edit the Form using their Form Viewer, but I did not find that to be the case on the Sage version. Also, if the 941 was filed, you'll need to re-file using the 941x. You can only file one Form 941 per quarter.
