    Have a client that we just upgraded from Sage 100 advanced version 4.4 to version 2014, PU 4. On occasion a user is getting the following message when attempting to open a purchase order: ""The requisitor department is greater than 30 characters."" They then have to go to task manager to kill PO screen. Has anyone ever seen this?

    There is a Requisitor Name (30) and Requisitor Dept (30) in the PO Header rec. This appears on a Material Req - type PO.

    Also - are there any scripts attached to PO Entry that might assign a Requisitor - ? The Grand Requisitor???

    Does it happen in all companies? Does it happen to multiple users?

    They only have one company and so far it is only happening to one user.
