Have a client that is able to create a customer quote that launches MAS thru CRM, but when they try to do a prospect quote they get an error that it is an invalid Prospect customer number. They had accidently created a MAS company copy and had reentered and remapped their prosepct customer. The backup company has had the CRM module removed and the prospect customer is valid in CRM options and also appears to be correct in the CU table. Any idea why it doesn't like the prospect customer number when trying to launch a new quote or order for a prospect?
