    Have a client that all of a sudden SPS is acting up every once in a while. No rhyme or reason. They got this error yesterday and all the SO were pre authorized and were fine. Had to put them through as a deposit for each one separately before we could update. It seems like it doesn't want to do the cc processing through the update process. Any thoughts at what I should look at?

    Diane I would look at APS for credit card processing. They are 90Minds members too.

    Yes we have looked at them and I hope to convert this client but they are not ready just yet. Thanks @CooperBlack

    @CooperBlack - What is the workaround for those SPS instances running in a Citrix environment? Sage support won't touch that hot potato, SPS won't answer their phones. Client is caught in the middle.

    My initial thought is that the internet connection to SPS is not stable. Hard to prove and fix but could explain it. I had this happen many years ago with CC processing but it was with PC Charge. We were connected to send the request but got disconnected for the response. CC thought that the response was received but MAS never go it. Have you turned on the log files in Library Maintenance to see if you can capture what is happening? Is it happening from other non-Citrix workstations? Can you test from server directly to see if the same thing happens?

    @CooperBlack - This is the issue I was referring to. https://support.sagepayments.com/link/portal/20000/20000/Article/1136/A-Citrix-environment-and-the-Sage-Exchange-application-reinstalls-every-time-I-log-in This is a HUGE gotcha issue for anyone running Sage 100 with SPS in Citrix based cloud environment. No one on any Sage tech team is taking the initiative to resolve. Clients need to be aware of issue if they are contemplating a move to the cloud....
